Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment, but not American Express.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling For customers living in the following Post Code areas, on orders over 1kg in weight there is a carrier service surcharge of £5 which must be added to the post and packaging charge. Next day delivery is also not available. This applies to post code areas: BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE.
Delivery Schedule Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, strictly in rotation of receipt. As we get very busy at peak times, particularly the Spring months when a huge volume of orders are received, please allow plenty of time when ordering to meet your deadlines. Lightweight orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail Letter Post. Heavier items to UK addresses are normally sent by Parcel Force Carrier Service and are usually delivered within 2 working days (excludes Saturdays and Sundays). If you have not heard from us after 1 week, please contact us and we can then take the necessary steps to trace your order. The majority of parts are kept on the shelf, but where a part is out of stock or to special order, we will notify you accordingly. We also offer a "Next Day" Parcel Force Carrier service subject to parts availability. Please note that "Next Day" excludes Saturdays and Sundays so orders placed for despatch on a Friday will not be received till the following Monday. Orders for "Next Day" delivery must be placed before 12.00 noon. "Next Day" service is not available to the following post codes: BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, TR21-25, ZE
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is already included within the prices.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Exchange or credit to the value of the goods can be given on items returned within 14 days provided they are unused and undamaged and purchase invoice number is quoted. We regret to we cannot accept back fasteners that have been over ordered. Please remember to include post and packaging for exchanges. Refunds on correctly supplied goods will be subject to a 10% handling charge. No exchanges or refunds can be given on parts manufactured or supplied to special order, i.e. brake lines, nickel fasteners, etc.
