Measure dog's neck size. This will be the circumference of the collar including an inch of chain for 1/2" and 5/8" collars and 2" of chain for 3/4" and 1" collars.

When you receive these products please remove them carefully from their display material. We will exchange any item if you need another size providing it is returned within 7 days, in a resaleable condition, as new, with all its packaging. Specially made or modified items are excluded.

• Halti sizes are for a typical adult male dog. Bitches or puppies may need smaller sizes.


• Baskerville: Height must allow mouth to open when panting. Length must leave 1cm clear from end of nose. Ultra flexes to fit and may be used instead of sizes 7 to 9.

The “DOGMATIC^®” should fit snugly around your dog’s face and behind the ears. You should fasten the buckle up behind the ears, so as to get maximum two fingers underneath. The Dogmatic should not move about the face or ride up once the lead is attached and however much your dog pulls. If you have the correct size the Dogmatic Headcollar will allow your dog to pant, drink, carry a toy etc., and not cause any rubbing or discomfort. If this seems to be the case, the sizing will be incorrect and we will be happy to change it for the correct size if returned in new and fit for resale condition. Dog coat sizes refer to the measurement between the base of the neck and the base of the tail. Allow about a 2" overhang on this measurement

The exception being the after exercise coat, where you should state the neck to tail measurement only. The overhang is automatically added by the manufacturer's sizing process.
